We start by listening.
Whether you're ready to build or just exploring ideas, we’ll talk through your vision, timeline, and budget. We’ll answer questions, explain the process, and help you understand what’s possible for your land and goals.What we’ll discuss:

Square footage and layout ideas
Budget range and expectations
Financing options and timeframes

Next, we help you bring your vision to paper.
You can bring your own floor plans or we can help you design something custom. Once the layout is locked in, we’ll finalize structural specs and prepare a detailed proposal.This step includes:
Floor plan finalization
Building materials and features
Exterior and interior design direction
Rough timeline & project scope

Once the paperwork is complete, we get boots on the ground.
We’ll clear the site, prep the pad, and pour your slab. Our in-house crew handles this part to ensure everything starts on a solid foundation — literally.Typical tasks in this phase:
Site grading and dirt work
Concrete slab pour
Underground plumbing and utilities
Pad inspection and prep for framing

With your foundation in place, we start going vertical.
This is when things really start to take shape — whether it’s a fully framed custom home or a steel-framed barndo, you’ll see your vision come to life.What we handle:
Metal framing or stick-built structure
Roof install and sheeting
Siding, insulation, and windows
Exterior doors, porches, and trim

Now it’s time to focus on the inside.
We’ll handle everything from drywall to flooring — and coordinate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC with trusted partners.Interior services include:
Sheetrock, tape, texture, and paint
Trim, doors, cabinetry, flooring
Bathroom/kitchen finish-out
Lighting, fans, hardware, and fixtures

Before we turn over the keys, we’ll walk through every room and detail to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. We’ll handle punch-list items, clean the site, and make sure your home is move-in ready.
This step includes:
Final walkthrough with you
Cleanup and site polish
Delivery of keys and warranty materials
Support after move-in
